Update actuals with manual input or formulas
If you wish to display actuals for select rows, but they cannot be connected to a data source, you can input these values manually. There are two ways to overwrite actuals: manual hardcoding or by creating formulas within the cells. Formulas are useful when actuals can be derived from other rows in your model.
In both cases, overwritten cells will feature a grey triangle to indicate that the actual value has been altered. If an overwrite is removed, the cell will revert to its original state, which will be zero if no data source is connected.
Actuals data from connected sources can also be manually overwritten. If you delete an overwrite, the cell reverts to the data source value.
