Organizations
Overview
Your organization is your home in Francis, where all models and integrations live. We highly recommend teams stay within a single organization, as this space is used for developing models.
External implementation partners and fractional CFOs will likely be part of multiple organizations.
Configure
As an admin:
Navigate to Settings > Organization > General to change the name of your organization.
Navigate to Settings > Organization > General to change your brand color used for reporting.

Admins will be able to:
Update your organization name.
Add, remove, promote, and demote members.
Change plans and cancel subscriptions.
View and update billing information.
Add, remove, and configure data sources.
Change your organization's default brand color.
Plans
By default, all organizations start on a 14-day free trial with access to all publicly available features. The trial includes restrictions on certain features (e.g. data connections and dimensions) per our Advanced plan.
Once your trial has ended, you can upgrade your organization to an appropriate plan under Billing. If you have questions about which plan best suits your modeling needs, please contact our support at support@francis.app and we'll help you get started.
Delete organization
Organizations can't be deleted directly in Francis. If you're an admin and want to delete your current organization, contact support@francis.app, and we'll make sure to delete it. Please note that this action is not reversible.
