Compare budgets, rolling forecast and actuals in your charts
When you've selected what rows to include in a chart, you can toggle between what values to display from the Sources setting:
Latest forecast: shows your current live forecast version
Actuals: shows actuals up to the Last Close date
Actuals (last yr): shows actuals 12 months prior up to the Last Close date
Saved forecast versions: show any old, saved forecast versions
Sources make it easy to create charts that include both budgets, rolling forecasts, and actuals, to provide stakeholders with the full context around performance.
Combining multiple rows and sources in a single chart results in many data series. To keep the chart readable, we recommend that you either plot multiple sources for one row, or one source for multiple rows, but do not combine various of both.
